BOUNCEAGOGO ARE REGISTERED WITH THE ICO (INFORMATION COMMISSIONERS OFFICE) AND HAVE ALL UP TO DATE GDPR IN PLACE

You must either be the person listed as the lead adult or the parent, legal guardian or Responsible Adult such as the party parent in order to sign the waiver. You agree that you sign this waiver of your own free will.

This is a legal document so do not sign unless you wish to be bound by its terms. Unfortunately you cannot attend our venues if you do not sign the waiver. To avoid delays please sign this waiver in advance of the event thankyou 

In consideration and as a condition of being allowed to participate in the any of the services and activities, including, but not limited to, bouncy castle or inflatable use of any kind, mats and play area, any ride on, step 2 rollercoaster , space hopper, beach ball or ball or any other play equipment in the play areas, ANY activity included in ANY party or event including use of electrical equipment, nerf activities and games in any type of party, organised games, food and drinks, hot or cold drinks, spillages of food or drinks, age appropriate use of equipment and seating (collectively referred to herein as activities), provided by bounceagogo and its customers, invitees, employees, independent contractors including facepainters or photographers,  insurers, facility operators, land and/or premises owners, and any and all other persons and entities acting in any capacity on its behalf (collectively referred to herein as bounceagogo, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following: 

Adults and children attending : I am a competent adult aged 18 years or older and responsible for all members of my family attending adult or children

1. In so far as this waiver and release of liability agreement is signed by me on behalf of adults in my family or those attending with my family and children (who are under the age of 18 years). I confirm that child’s full name and age are printed above and that either (i) I am the parent / guardian of that child; or (ii) where I am not the parent / guardian of that child I certify that the child’s parent(s) or guardian(s) (as the case may be) of that child has granted permission for me to assume responsibility for that child (“Responsible Adult”) and for me to have the right to sign this agreement on their behalf.

2. I acknowledge that this agreement will be used by bounceagogo and will govern my actions and responsibilities whilst participating in or, if applicable, whilst myself or the child participates in the activities

3. My (and any adult attending with me or my child or family or as the ‘responsible adult’ and the child/rens involvement and/or participation in the activities is voluntary and I am acting under my own free will or on behalf of the adults/children in my capacity as parent/ guardian or Responsible Adult, as applicable.

4. I understand that if I am leaving my child I cannot leave them in the care of bounceagogo as they are not providing any childcare service or ANY activities associated with childcare for my child. Bounceagogo are not responsible for the safety of my child. I am leaving them in the care of the lead adults attending and that responsibility for my childs safety lies with that responsible adult (s), party parent or other designated parent or adult over 18 and not with bounceagogo

5. I acknowledge that my and my child’s (/the child’s) participation in the activities may be physically demanding and that the risk of injury from the activities is possible including for example any bodily injury, slippages, bumps and scrapes. I also acknowledge that such risks cannot be eliminated entirely and that while particular rules, equipment and self-discipline may reduce the risks, the risk of injury does still exist. I acknowledge that first aid or healthcare is not provided by bounceagogo and that any concern should be assessed properly by a medical professional

6. I also acknowledge that bounceagogo is not liable for any risk, liability, injury, loss or accident associated with any rental facility that bounceagogo leases or rents to host events and any fixtures or fittings belonging to such venues including car parks and outside play areas. I acknowledge that I attend and use the venue and its fixtures and fittings including seating and tables, toilets, car parks and outside areas at my own risk. I acknowledge that there is potential for risks and dangers that may not be obvious or reasonably foreseeable at this time. i understand that I must not go into other areas of the venue that are not part of the event.

7. I am aware of the risks posed by infectious diseases (including Covid) and norovirus or other infectious diseases that may be prevalent from time to time. I am aware of current advice with respect to avoiding contracting such diseases.

8. I confirm that none of my party are permitted to smoke onsite (inside or outside on school premises and I must leave school premises to smoke) and I understand should I get caught on CCTV smoking I may face a penalty for smoking inside or outside on school grounds and bounceagogo will be able to pass on my details to the venue (school).

9. To reduce the risks, I agree (on behalf of the child as parent, guardian or Responsible Adult, as applicable) to follow (and procure that the child follows) the rules established for participation in activities and all instructions given in writing or verbal form to me by bounceagogo before and during my participation in activities including making myself aware of the environment and any safety labeling on any inflatable equipment before my child participates in any activity.  All booking and party rules are available on www.bounceagogo.co.uk

10. I confirm that I have read and understand and will follow (and procure that the child follows) the rules established for participation in the activities and the reasonable instructions given to me by bounceagogo on important information www.bounceagogo.co.uk

11. I certify that I have or any adult attending with me, or the child/ren has no medical conditions or health concerns that make it dangerous to participate in the activities in a safe manner for myself or others and that if I have any concerns in this regard, bounceagogo has been informed or will be informed prior to me or my child undertaking any of the activities.

12. I accept sole responsibility for my own conduct and other adults attending with me and my child’s conduct and actions whilst participating in the activities. Including the use of any age appropriate equipment and food and drinks consumed

13. bounceagogo will only accept liability for any loss or damage you may suffer undertaking the activities or otherwise if that loss or damage is caused by bounceagogo’s failure to carry out its obligations under this agreement or to a reasonable standard or by breach of any duties imposed on bounceagogo by law including if bounceagogo causes death or personal injury to you by bounceagogo’s negligence unless that failure is attributable to: (i) your own fault; (ii) the provision of services or products by a third party to bunceagogo or by the actions of a third party to bounceagogo (iii) events which bounceagogo could not have foreseen or forestalled even if bounceagogo had taken all reasonable care.

14. I agree (on behalf of the child, or any other adult attending with me if applicable) to indemnify, hold harmless and promise not to sue (and, if applicable, procure that the child shall not sue) bounceagogo for any and all liabilities or claims arising as a result of participation in the activities or any activities incidental thereto, wherever, whenever, or however the same occur

15. I confirm that I am 100% liable for all medical expenses incurred as a result of any injury or property damage during participation by myself, adults or children attending with me in the activities.

16. I consent and agree that bounceagogo may take photographs or digital recordings of me, adults and children attending with me participating in the activities and use these in for training, health and safety or other security purposes such as safeguarding if such risk is identified. I agree that CCTV can be reviewed by bounceagogo and our venues ( schools) to keep everyone safe I understand bounceagogo does not take close up photos of me or my family for social media purposes unless I share such photos myself. I understand i am responsible for my own photos and not bounceagogo and any photos I ask to be taken. 

17. I consent to receive for any adult/child attending with me treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness as a result of participating in the activities. At bounceagogo this will not be from a medical professional and if in doubt I should seek professional help for myself.

18. I agree that entering into this agreement indicates permanent waiver and release of liability with respect to myself , adults attending with me (and, if applicable child/ren). I understand that this agreement will be kept on file for future visits. I understand that if I wish to revoke this agreement, I must contact bounceagogo and obtain their agreement to such revocation in writing.

19. I agree that bounceagogo is not responsible for any loss or damage to my property inside or outside its venues including in car parks and including cars parked in car parks

20. I understand that this waiver, release of liability and image release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of England and Wales. I further agree that if any part/s of this agreement are held invalid the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

21. I agree that this agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales and that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be the courts of England and Wales.

I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT.

I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I SIGN IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
