Our food is designed so it easy to accommodate allergies. Doesn’t interfere with meal times and can cater for most children’s tastes.<\/p>\n

Each party plate is separated for each child onto a plate and is just enough foods to enjoy as party food only (not a main meal)<\/p>\n

We do a mixed ( includes meat) or a vegetarian menu ( not meat or animal products). Mixed means both cheese and ham. We only use dairy free butter in all our meals<\/p>\n

You can tell us when you fill in your dietary form ( 7 days before the party) if you have any vegetarians or vegans ( diary free, egg free, gluten free) plus any allergies.<\/p>\n

Please note we do not separate the menu into ham, cheese or jam. Please only separate the menu for dietary purposes (*along with food standards agency guidelines for allergens)<\/p>\n

Typical party plate –<\/p>\n

Party plate – separate Ham and cheese sandwiches ( made with dairy free spread), fruit , nibbles or crisps , cookies and party biscuits and a sprinkle of marshmallows<\/p>\n

( vegetarian menu \u2013 includes no ham, and no marshmallows ( gelatin\/pork) unfortunately we do not serve chicken onsite due to allergens<\/p>\n

We can supply vegan plates (at no cost) but not whole buffets (Jam sandwich, fruit and crisps)<\/p>\n

Please do not bring any food items for the children unless there is a severe allergy and a child needs to bring their own foods<\/p>\n

Allergies<\/h2>\n

The mixed and vegetarian menu includes gluten, wheat, soya and dairy.<\/p>\n

Gluten or dairy free meals \u00a34.50 each ( all of the above just all gluten\/wheat or dairy free) This covers the costs for additional foods and preparation only.<\/p>\n

We do not knowingly serve nuts. Some foods such s baked goods can have a ‘may contain’ label for some allergens. If this is of concern please advise any child attending to bring their own food or ask the parent to check if the foods we serve are OK.<\/p>\n

Our venues are nut free zones but cannot guarantee an entirely nut free environment ( cannot guarantee if guests may have eaten nuts previously to attending) or for may contain labels<\/p>\n

C<\/strong>hildren with very severe or multiple allergic reactions to foods may need to bring their own food to our parties as a precaution and their parents should reman with them<\/p>\n

It is a parents responsibility to make sure their child is not eating the wrong foods so please if there are allergies that are serious please alert us , we require children that require medication that their parents remain onsite at all times.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately we arent able to adjust whole menu\u2019s for multiple intolerances or allergies but can make your childs plate of food look as similar as possible to the menu so they don’t feel different \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

There are no cooking facilities, kitchens, fridges or freezers at any of our venues so please make sure that the food is prepared and ready to be served such as crisps, sandwiches or biscuits. Please bring all your own bowls, paper plates if you want them) etc with you. We have reusable plates ( not serving platters) onsite you are welcomed to use.<\/p>\n

IMPORTANT NOTE :We cant have food that requires the use of cutlery, heating etc. No takeaways please including pizza ( please note that fast food deliveries will not be permitted at the venues anyway).\n<\/p><\/div>\n

We stress though that this does not include drinks (See above). The food ideally is separated out for parents to e able to take without cross contamination. No buffet style foods at present, thanks.<\/span>\n\n<\/div>\n\nThere are no cooking facilities at any of our venues so please make sure that the food is prepared and ready to be served such as crisps, sandwiches or biscuits.
