Important Note regarding Covid 19– we have certain restrictions at present to be able to provide a brilliant party for you and also keep everyone as safe as is humanly possible. Please stick to our guidelines regarding numbers, cleanliness and what you can and can’t bring at present. It’s for everyone’s safety involved, thankyou .

We have all covid 19 measures in place in accordance with government guidance for hospitality and our venues ( schools) . A full risk assessment is in place.

At the moment all the children must come from the same social or school bubble . adults are welcome with social distancing measures , distanced seating in no more than 6 , with outside seating areas where possible, and face coverings if appropriate. Please do not  invite your own outside entertainers or facepainters thankyou . It is at all times the responsibility of adults attending to adhere to the guidelines and to make sure their children adhere to guidelines. These rules can change at any time and would need to be adhered to .

It is really important all parents are on board with social distancing measures and are responsible for themselves and their children adhering to the measures.

It is really important that we know who is coming to your party , how many children so we can evenly space seating areas and their parents leave contact details with us. We are legally obliged to keep this on record ( we will not share these details with anyone).

If you are booking a party with us during this time or have rescheduled one please bear in mind that should there be a restriction on service imposed by the government, local government, venue etc. we will have no choice but to postpone your event. This is beyond our control and thus we will offer you a credit to be able to reschedule as soon as you possibly can. by paying your deposit you agree that this payment is non refundable.

Should you cancel because of any covid 19 related illness we will consider the best options we can on a case by case basis ( there may be a venue fee if its short notice for instance) . We cannot re book your party for you if you are quarantining at short notice due to holidays or other events or you decide that you do not want to go ahead with the party due to any reason at all ( change in guest numbers or joint party changes are included)

The credit you receive has no monetary value and consists of initial small booking costs for venue hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you), equipment hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you) and administrative costs to book and secure all other elements of your party for you.

Important note about viewing our venues – at present we cannot welcome  you to view our venues but you can see footage on our front page. please contact us if you would like to ask questions regarding our venues we are happy to help.

In order to secure a booking a deposit is paid, we cannot unfortunately hold onto bookings without one. ****Please note that mentioning your preference but not contacting us within 48 hours of viewing does not secure your booking, we are a family business so please do not ask us to hold bookings without no formal booking confirmation for a long time, thankyou 🙂 . once booked please check your date , time and location is correct before paying your deposit .

Booking Rules

At time of initial booking we will need from you the following information.

  • Name of the birthday child and age
  • Name of lead parent on the day
  • Home address
  • Contact telephone number
  • age range of children attending
  • I have read and understood the party rules

Without your full booking information your party booking cannot go ahead.

Payment to book a party is 50% of the total within 48 hours of booking the date. Your deposit is a non refundable administration and reservation charge, it consists of initial small booking costs for venue hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you), equipment hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you) and administrative costs to book and secure all other elements of your party for you, these are added together to make your deposit which are necessary elements to be able to provide your event.  By paying the deposit you have agreed to all the booking and party rules so please read through these thoroughly .

If you do not pay within 48 hours we cannot hold onto the slot for you so do contact us if there’s a problem.

Please inform us if you decide to not go ahead as other families will miss out on being able to book .

Please read your booking email and check the date time and venue is correct at the time of booking. We cannot change this at a later date ( and cant offer a refund if it hasnt been checked and confirmed) so please check this it is IMPORTANT because paying your deposit means you have agreed to this date, time and venue.

By paying your deposit you have agreed to all the booking and party rules and that this payment is not refundable ( please see below) once your deposit is paid you have agreed to the cost of your event and its elements that are paid within the initial deposit. Please see below for further details

If you would like to arrange a viewing please pre-arrange at a suitable time with us. If you don’t come to the appointment we will not hold onto the booking for you.

Final payment is 5 days before the party date with your numbers and dietary needs.

  1. your personal details are not shared with any other entity, if you want to opt out of our mailing lists for future events please do so when you send you details ‘I would like to opt out of your mailing list’.
  2. we do take promotional footage from time to time (this is not footage of individual children).
  3. if you have booked our facepainter she may ask you if she can take promotional shots of her work ( not for any other reason than to promote her work and will be taken with the agreement of the sitter. If you do not wish her to do this please discuss with her at the beginning of the party and she will happily oblige).

Important information regarding food allergies

We try our best to accommodate everyone and do not knowingly serve nuts ( manufacturing is not guaranteed) in our buffets. Please alert us to any food allergies.

Children with severe food allergies their parent must remain on site at all times with their medication. We try our very best to accommodate everybody. Our food comes from a caterer that does not send it all in packaging with ingredients on.

It is at all times the responsibility of parents to stop children from eating the wrong food items.

Important note about viral illness – we are following all of the government guidelines regarding viral illness. This includes  guidelines and following all protocol regarding Covid 19. Our venues are schools and as such are also following the current government guidelines.

Bounceagogo and Discoagogo safety rules  ( Booking Rules and additional safety for Nerf parties please scroll downwards)

Unfortunately there are PARTY RULES these are for your own safety and enjoyment:

Soft Play and Disco Rules

  1. Please arrive and leave on time for your allocated slot we won’t be able to over run time. or extend your time. We will stick to a party schedule for you so as you don’t have to worry about time. We cannot adjust the party schedule for you. If you really want to eat your cake at the party you must tell us beforehand. The team may not be able to accommodate you on the day if you don’t tell us.
  2. We do finish your party with time to spare at the end so as your little one can enjoy giving out their party bags, its a magical moment 🙂
  3. During food time the inflatable goes off.
  4. Your party schedule is usually like this for bounceagogo 45 mins free play, food 15 mins, free play 30 mins , cake 5 mins, free play, party bags and home time 15 mins. Discoagogo free play 45 mins, food 15 mins, birthday cake and song 5 mins, treasure hunt 10 mins, dancing siren and glo stick prizes 15 mins, free play 15 mins, party bags and home time 15 mins. Unfortunately we cannot alter the schedule for your party . If you want to eat cake at your party please talk to the team and this can alter the schedule and elements of your party may need to be missed if necessary for timings. this is at the discretion of the team. 
  5. Party food MUST be eaten at the tables or chair areas. Please do not eat or drink whilst on the Mats or inflatables. ** There is a minimum £250 cleaning/repair fee should any equipment be ruined by food, drink or foul play . We encourage you to not hand food such as cake around the room to children playing, we will wrap your cake for you and put it into party bags for the children to take home
  6. Absolutely no running around with cake pops or lollipops please save these for hometime:)
  7. Please report any spillages to us as soon as possible as we can easily clear them up so there are no accidents.  Please bring your dirty cups etc back to us, we will clear away the party table for you when food time is over
  8. We operate a NO alcohol policy in all our venues. We provide all soft drinks please do not bring your own soft drinks.
  9. No party poppers, cannons or pinata. We advise because of health and safety we don’t allow roman candles, sparklers or indoor fireworks for your cake. We also cannot have balloons at castle hill they set off the fire alarm.
  10. No electrical appliances bought in so no bubble machines, TVs, monitors etc
  11. We are happy to help your guests get tea and coffee just ask us, or soft drinks or they are able to help themselves from the bar.
  12. As stated above our packages are for 20 or 25 children depending upon the package. If you intend to invite more than 25 children then please check with us first the capacity of the venues that you intend to booked. Each child over the initial 25 will be charged at £10 per head, this includes siblings (not under 1) even if they dont choose to eat. Your deposit and subsequent balance payment will the reflect the charge per head of the extra children that are to be invited. If extra children attend on the day (.i.e. over the initial 25), as long as the numbers do not exceed the venues capacity then they are welcome to stay but you will be charged an extra £10 per child (To be paid in cash on the day). Please note that for both safety and comfort we cannot exceed the venue capacity! We do not offer a refund if not all the invited children attend.
  13. Only food and drink served by bounceagogo for the kids can be served on the premises. If you do want to bring any additional food (this doesn’t include children with special diets etc. or adult foods) please do discuss with us first the type of food as it can incurr a £30 surcharge for additional staff to be present.
  14. With all additional food including adult food you are bringing with you please all your own serving dishes, plates and napkins for additional food. NO FOOD THAT REQUIRES CUTLERY OR HEATING. No takeaways please including pizza.
  15. Please follow the safety rules for the inflatable and the rules of play. Each inflatable has safety labels on them. If in doubt ask a team member. You can read these below. The children are to play responsibly and follow these rules and are the responsibility of their parents or lead adult if their parents leave the venue.
  16. Parents are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for their children at all times whilst in/playing at a Bounceagogo Party at any of our venues. This includes the child’s conduct/play on the Bounceagogo inflatables. If parents drop off their children they are the responsibility of the lead adult so please bare this in mind if parents do not wish to stay and encourage them to stay. At all our parties we recommend parents stay and join in with the party.
  17. NO SHOES on please in the play area (adults and children). Nothing with a pointy end so no swords, hooks any other fancy dress item that could cause harm. Even if its made of foam!
  18. If you plan to bring/invite children older they are very welcome but please do tell us. Also we ask you to make sure they understand they need to play appropriately for the environment and age of the child who’s birthday it is.
  19. If children play aggressively or could cause harm to others repeatedly we have the right to ask them to stop directly, ask their parents to tell them to stop or ask them and their parents to leave if they do not stop. You will not be entitled to a refund.
  20. Please respect the centres we are based in and its users by smoking outside only in the designated areas ( off site) this includes vaping.
  21. We operate a zero tolerance policy towards rudeness, aggression, verbal or physical abuse, racism or other prejudice towards any member of the Bounceagogo team for ANY reason. Should any of this be directed at a team member your party will be halted and you may be asked to leave or your offending guest may be asked to leave. We do not tolerate threats of violence under any circumstance.
  22. The venues we are located in cannot be altered or changed in any way, this includes permanent or temporary fixtures and fittings, wall hangings, pictures or furniture, tables or chairs. We cannot attach anything to walls
  23. If you want to add to your party please ask us first. We don’t allow outside entertainers such as entertainers, magicians or singing princesses. You can however bring you own facepainter or glitter tattooist or dress up as your childrens favourite characters yourselves ! Our aim is to make your child’s party the most magical experience possible! Please bear in mind that children do tend to love to run around, free play and use their imagination in bounceagogo and the party is only 2 hours long, it will go by very quickly 🙂
  24. If you want to bring decorations of course you can! we ask you bring your own (no sticking to walls please) and that balloons are already blown up ( not at castle hill) . Helium ones must have weights on. If you are preparing your own party bags please bring them already made, including if you are giving each child a balloon please blow these up at home. Please note at castle hill chessington we cannot have balloons in the hall but can have them at the entrance hall with weights on
  25. Children playing outside at any of our venues do so at their own risk and use any play ground equipment or sports equipment at their own risk and should be supervised by an adult.
  26. the inflatable may be changed should there be any fault occurring and we have no other choice. this will be for safety purposes.
  27. Please tell us if it is a joint party or there are more than 1 birthday children.
  28. Please do tell us if a child has any special need, we are an inclusive party company and aim to make every child’s experience with us magical.
  29. Your belongings are your own responsibility, this includes your cake, party bags, car in the car park etc. We cannot deliver items to you after the party if you’ve left them behind. if you leave your cake behind it will be disposed of at the end of the weekend unless you contact us beforehand.
  30. your personal details are not shared with any other entity, if you want to opt out of our mailing lists for future events please do so when you send you details ‘I would like to opt out of your mailing list’.
  31. we do take promotional footage from time to time (this is not footage of individual children or close ups) and this is used for marketing purposes.

Pirate Ship/Slide/inflatable Safety Rules

These safety rules are to be adhered to both for the fun and safety of all of its users.

Parents are responsible for their own children and to help supervise where necessary.

No climbing back up the slide once you have been down or pulling other children down
No hanging over the side.

No hanging off or standing on the cover or mast at the top of the pirate ship.

No nose diving

If children misbehave they will be given a 5 minute timeout and the parents informed. If they misbehave again they will be given 10 minute and 3rd time and they will not be allowed back on.

No other equipment allowed on the inflatable this includes party outfits made of hard plastic or foam  such as swords, hats, shields, masks etc.

No hitting, biting, kicking or scratching, nose diving.

We encourage turn taking.

No food or drink on the inflatable

Please ask a member of staff if you feel the children are not playing safely.

Cancellation or change of date policy

Should there be any unforeseen reason that a party date needs to be changed by you we will try and accommodate you if we have availability (and you have given one months notice), if you cancel entirely you will not be refunded your deposit under any circumstance. If you cancel with less than 5 days to go you will forfeit your full payment. If you rearrange within 21 days of the party you will incur the rental costs of the venue to rebook which varies from venues to venue.

We reserve the right to cancel your party should there be a breach of booking rules, you will not be entitled to a refund.

At no time are bounceagogo liable for costs incurred by you for any other venue or other party costs. Should bounceagogo need to offer an alternative date to you due to extreme circumstance we will do so as soon as possible.  We do not pay for additional costs such as cakes, party bags etc. . We may not depending upon circumstance offer a refund. 

Extraordinary circumstances – cancellation due to extradordinary circumstance (circumstances outside of bounceagogo’s control that normal prudence and experience cannot forseee , anticipate or control) is looked at on a case by case basis depending upon factors involved. This includes recommendation by official bodies such as government policy should safety be of concern.

Under these circumstances a credit note may be issued ( depending upon discretion by bounceagogo) the credit note has no monetary value and the additional costs for bounceagogo to rebook your party will be given to you before you decide further.

Should you choose to not want a credit note or to not go ahead at a later date your deposit ( initial reservation fees) is not refundable. If your time lapses on your credit note and you haven’t rebooked it becomes invalid and your booking is cancelled with no refund .

Your deposit is a non refundable reservation , administration and fixed charge, it consists of initial small and fair booking costs for venue hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you), equipment hire ( this is not refundable to bounceagogo and booked in advance for you) and administrative costs to book and secure all other elements of your party for you, these are added together to make your deposit and you have agreed these costs are correct.  By paying the deposit you have agreed to this and all the booking and party rules so please read through these thoroughly.

At all times we must follow safety guidelines for any circumstance and your party may change according to these guidelines.

Should catering need to be cancelled due to extraordinary circumstance at late notice and your party is going ahead we will provide a maximum of £40.00 refund for you to provide your own food for the children from your final payment.

We reserve the right to make no refunds if the number of children at your party has changed  ( we do ask you for all this information prior to your party so as we can supply the correct amount of items based on your figures) . This includes changes to birthday children numbers at joint parties) under any circumstance. Should joint party members change their minds about having a party please tal k to us as we do allow other children to join the party instead or for you to change to a solo party or change the type of party.

Equipment and location policy

We will at ALL times try to offer you the venue of your choice, however if it is not available because of any extreme circumstance, fire, flood, snow that is hazardous or for any other safety reason or serious reason we will try to offer you an alternative where possible. Should a venue be unsafe we will may have to offer an alternative date, venue or time. Sometimes equipment can become faulty and thus we will offer you another site or another piece of equipment so as to be able to provide your event.

We cannot refund you if it snows or rains or the weather is hot and you or your guests decide you don’t want to come to the party for any reason.

Inflatable hire – We will provide you with the inflatable of your choice unless it is faulty and unsafe. We would then offer an alternative for your party or forfeit the inflatable in event that there is not a suitable alternative. We would refund you a set amount ( depending on the party size etc.) if we cannot provide an alternative inflatable and you ave paid your final balance but will not refund you should you not want the alternative instead. This also applies if we should need to move your party to another venue ( or move the time of your party) in event that this must happen due to technical faults, fire, flood etc, extradordinary circumstance ( circumstances where there is no control) where safety is deemed more important and the circumstances have happened due to no fault of bounceagogo.

All of the smaller play equipment does get rotated so sometimes it isn’t all exactly the same. this keeps the kids entertained but also means we are able to maintain our equipment appropriately.

Under no circumstances are we or our venues responsible for your belongings including your car in the car park.

We do not issue any refunds over the telephone and you must complete your complaint to us in writing which will be dealth with accordingly to guidelines.

NERF party rules

  17. If you are bringing your own party bags please bring them ready made, we can make your party bags/books for you in advance for an extra cost but cannot pack yours for you on the day.
  18. the inflatable may be changed should there be a fault occurring. this will be for safety purposes.
  19. we cannot have balloons at our castle hill venue

Nerfagogo Safety Rules of Play

1. NO SHOES on in the arena. No running outside of the arena (walk only).
2. You are responsible for your own belongings. Please take care of them.
3. Please do not drink or eat whilst on the mat area or equipment area. Please take your rubbish with you or throw away in the bins provided. Damage to our equipment from food may incur a cleaning/repair fee. You are repsonsible for this as the hirer.
4. You are responsible for your own child/children, please stay with them or leave them in the care of a known to you responsible adult who will supervise their play and take responsibility for them.
6. Please make sure you watch your child/children. We are not responsible for children hurting themselves. Misbehaving or using the equipment incorrectly can lead to other children getting hurt. We are not responsible for other children misbehaving and hurting your children. Your child and child guests are the responsibility of you or their parents present and thus use all the equipment at your own risk.
7. At ALL times the Nerfagogo staff are in charge of the party. Please make sure your child adheres to the safety rules by listening to the team. We are not responsible for children not following the safety guidelines.
Please help your child if they are unsure of how to use the nerf guns, or ask a team member for help.
8. We reserve the rights to ask you to leave if your children are misbehaving and or causing harm to other children purposefully. You will NOT be entitled to a refund. Your party may be halted if there is persistent bad behaviour.
9. You must wear safety glasses in the arena. No shooting in the face or at close range (shoot from at least 2 metres away). Do not shoot to purposefully cause harm !!! The purpose of our Nerf parties are FUN. We don’t promote hurtful playing or bullying.  This is a family event and parents are required to intervene when children are not following safety rules.
10. Absolutely no throwing or kicking of any of the equipment, barriers, hideouts or using any equipment to hit each other. The barriers are to hide behind not throw around.
11. We reserve the right at any time to change safety rules depending upon the age of children playing and for safety reasons.
12. we recommend adult participation. this will enhance your child’s experience and is also a lot of fun! .
13. Your child may bring their own nerf gun at their own risk ( no automatic guns please).
